Leigh Ann earned her Radio/TV/Film degree from Texas Tech University and quickly returned to her hometown of Dallas to start her career. She spent 15 years in the corporate world starting from the ground floor and working her way up through every aspect of production. During this time, Leigh Ann produced and directed 100s of videos and live satellite broadcasts. As the Director of Operations, she managed a large staff of producers and freelancers, built a broadcast facility and introduced streaming video to their organization long before streaming video was cool.
Leigh Ann quickly found her passion when she produced her first live corporate event in New Orleans in 1995. Her creativity, production know-how and corporate experience merged for the perfect fit. From that experience, she formed LAV Production Services in 2001 and began producing and directing corporate shows and meetings for many major corporations such as IBM World Wide, JCPenney, Lennox Industries, Rite Aid, Office Depot, Curves International, Tupperware and Pizza Hut to name a few.
Because of the success of LAV Productions, Leigh Ann parlayed that experience into The Producer’s Lounge. Her philosophy for The Producer’s Lounge is to partner with the best of the best in the industry and to assemble the team that is perfectly suited to produce the ultimate conference or meeting. If there is one thing that Leigh Ann has learned from her 25 years of experience, it’s that anything is possible.
